We pride ourselves in our social interaction. We have a super friendly activities team who provide an array of group and one to one activities. Our regular residents committee meeting, surveys and care planning makes sure it is input driven for both one to one and group activities, which entertainers didn’t pass muster and are not rebooked and fresh new ideas are always coming into play.

Short term care can greatly benefit those who’s carers might be away, whilst home care packages are put in place or whilst recovering after a short illness, hospital stay or just in need of a short pick me up.

Full day, mornings and afternoons can be arranged at the Promenade Care Home. A small number of places available. Regular bookings or one-off visits.

At the Promenade Care Home, we pride ourselves on our homely, relaxed environment. With a high standard of care, underpinned by our caring well trained, dedicated and friendly staff with kindness being our core value. We provide personal care and assistance through tailoring care needs in to a comprehensive, inclusive care plan. We are a long established family business of over 40 years and both management and staff have achieved a great reputation within the community, professional bodies, visitors and residents alike. We have even seen staff return into our home in their later years. This is also supported by our regular respite, holidays and care days many of whom return choosing to settle in and make us their home.

Our residents lounge looks over the picturesque Kings gardens and residents benefit from the enjoyment of its manicured gardens, cafes, oldest iron pier in the country and the marine lake with it’s larger than life swans all on its front doorstep.

From our rear garden you can access Southport town centre with all its shops, cafes, museums, theatres, band stands and so much more. And not too far away are the beautiful Victorian Hesketh Park and Botanical gardens.

Whilst visiting what an ideal location to take your loved ones out for a shop, coffee, lunch, feeding the swans, down the pier and even the fair ground to soak up the atmosphere we’ve yet to here of the rides being used though!
